Free Consultation
A phone or video call to understand your concerns and see if an evaluation with us is the right next step. If we're not a good fit for what your child needs, we'll refer you to another provider.
Comprehensive Evaluation
A thorough look at your child's strengths and areas for growth, using a variety of assessments which may include caregiver input, standardized assessment, dynamic assessment, and clinical observations.
Before
Completed the intake paperwork via our client portal so we ensure the evaluation addresses all your concerns.
Evaluation
Clinical observations and standardized and dynamic assessments may be completed during one session or across multiple depending on your child's needs.
After
You can expect a detailed PDF report within 1–2 weeks, plus a complimentary meeting to discuss results and answer questions.
Individualized Treatment
Sessions are available at your child's school or childcare center, or via teletherapy. Length and frequency are based on your child's needs.
Example Schedules
- • 45-minute sessions twice a month
- • 30-minute sessions weekly
- • Short 10-minute sessions multiple times per week (great for school settings — minimal class disruption)
We monitor progress continuously and provide formal reports at regular intervals. Therapy continues until your child meets their goals — not on an arbitrary timeline.
Payment & Insurance
We accept HSA, FSA, credit card, cash, and check. We're out-of-network with insurance but provide superbills for reimbursement.
